Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in accordance with relevant state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care based on patient progress.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients’ families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
