Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality assistance and support to individuals in need of personal care. Caregivers play an essential role in improving the quality of life for those they serve.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Monitor and record changes in the client’s mental and physical condition.
• Administer medication and assist with other health-related tasks as directed.
• Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.

Additional Information

This position may require flexible scheduling and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Caregivers are expected to maintain a high standard of care and professionalism at all times.
