Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess previous long-term care (LTC) and post-acute care (PCC) experience. This position requires a quick adaptation to the work environment, so candidates should be prepared to hit the ground running, as extensive orientation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes.
• Assist in daily living activities and promote optimal health and wellness for residents.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in long-term care and post-acute care settings.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
