Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide expert therapy services aimed at enhancing communication and swallowing functions for patients in need. This role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and continuously update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document all services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families.
• Maintain adherence to all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or equivalent degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
