Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing patients’ independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
