Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role involves assisting patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations and established facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions based on the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately.
• Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
