Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (RN)

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses with experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) to join our team for night shifts. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients during the critical stages of childbirth and postpartum recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients in the LDRP unit.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and quality standards, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Experience in Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum nursing is required.
