Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery. This position offers flexible scheduling options of either 36 or 48 hours per week on night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor maternal and fetal health, identifying any complications and performing appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Relevant experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) care preferred.
