Registered Nurse – Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a role in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP). The position requires a night shift and offers the flexibility of 36 or 48 hours per week. This role is essential in providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers and newborns in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor mother and infant vital signs and respond to any changes in condition.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding childbirth and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in LDRP, maternity, or similar settings is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
