Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-delivery care.
• Remain flexible and willing to float to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio nursing license or compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on Labor and Delivery preferred.
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Ability to float to Avita Ontario and Bucyrus locations as required.

Shift Information

This position offers night shifts, working 3×12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, providing comprehensive patient care during nighttime hours.
