Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position involves working three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend, with the expectation of assisting during holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic treatment therapies, including aerosolized medication via Oral Inhalation, EZPAP, IPPB, and MDI.
• Provide Chest Physiotherapy (CPT) and Incentive Spirometry.
• Deliver Oxygen Therapy and CPAP/BiPAP therapy.
• Conduct Arteriocentesis as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Travel experience is preferred, but local candidates will be considered.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Must hold a valid license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Tennessee at the time of application.
• Epic experience within the last 18 months is required and must be detailed in your profile.

Additional Information

Please note that an additional 10 hours of unbillable orientation will be added to the contract if the traveler does not pass the Epic test out.
