Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional support to individuals in need of assistance. As a caregiver, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring clients in and out of beds, chairs, and vehicles.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor clients for any changes in condition.
• Engage clients in social and mental activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs and updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Possess a valid caregiver certification if required by state regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow established care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
