Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in respiratory therapy and be prepared to work night shifts.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including assessment and treatment.
• Execute respiratory therapy protocols and interventions as per established guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education for professional development.

Shift Notes

• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Every other weekend and holiday availability is required.
• No on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of current experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
• Active New Hampshire RRT License is required at the time of submission.
• Active NBRC certification and American Heart Association BLS certification are required.
• Travelers must have their own vehicle.

Orientation and Time Off

• 8 hours of non-billable orientation are required.
• Requests for time off during the assignment must be verified at the time of profile upload, with a maximum of 5 days allowed.
• Holidays: Must work during designated holiday blocks including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
