X-ray Technologist

This position requires 5 to 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break, totaling 35 guaranteed hours per week.

Shift Requirements

• Hours per Shift: 8 hours with a 1-hour lunch
• Total Hours per Week: 35 hours
• Weekend Requirements: Possibly on call
• Holiday Requirements: On call only
• Call Requirement: Rotating on call

Qualifications

• New York State License as an X-ray Technologist
• Certification to inject as per section 89.40 of part 89
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification or American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
• BLS and ACLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology
• Cardiovascular credentialing (CCI) (ARRT) or (RCIS)

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Tech or X-ray Technologist
• At least one (1) year of experience working in an Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Catheterization Suite
