Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires a skilled professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; perform assessments and interventions as needed.
• Create and implement patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 months of recent, relevant experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing.
• Current and valid RN license in Ohio or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

This position offers night shifts with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
