Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients while adhering to professional standards. This position offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity for additional hours.

Shift Information

• Shift Type: 5 x 8 Variable
• Standard Hours: 40 hours per week; additional hours may be available
• Shift Times:
  • 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
  • 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Call-in Coverage: Potential to be called in 4 hours before or stay 4 hours after a scheduled shift if necessary

Required Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Housing

On-site housing may be available upon request, depending on availability. Housing typically consists of an apartment within the assisted living facility.

Patient Population

Total patients served ranges from 32 to 38 individuals (40 beds available).

Patient Ratios

• Day/Evening: 1 staff member for every 10 patients
• Nights: 1 staff member for every 20 patients

Charting System

Charting will be conducted using Point Click Care.

Qualifications & Skills

Ideal candidates should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. Experience in a similar setting is preferred but not required.
