CT Technologist

Shift Information

This position requires availability for night shifts, specifically Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans on patients as per the prescribed protocols.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
• Maintain equipment functionality and cleanliness, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for examinations, including providing information and support.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in accordance with departmental protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
