Job Shift

This position offers 8-hour day shifts with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. There may be opportunities to work on holidays, but weekends are not required.

• MN State License for Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs aimed at helping patients recover, improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
• Document patient information for evaluation and progress tracking.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to continue at home.
• Ensure documentation meets departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and record the therapeutic progress of patients, recommending necessary adjustments as needed.
• Adhere to guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures in the therapy process.

Qualifications

• Appropriate educational background compliant with state licensure requirements.
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• When required, possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers within the first 60 days of employment.
