Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information: Days (0700-1930) every other weekend

Department Description

The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides direct care for acutely ill patients who are moderately stable but at an elevated risk for instability. The PCU is equipped to deliver advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions through a team of skilled professionals.

Experience/Education/Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience in PCU and basic EKG interpretation preferred.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) standards for moderate complexity testing.
