Occupational Therapist (Swing Bed)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Swing Bed program. This position will primarily focus on providing one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, facilitating their recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings for swing-bed services.
• Provide individualized treatment plans to patients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
• May float to Acute Care services as needed.

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (60 min lunch)
• Weekend Requirements: None
• Block Schedule: Yes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Pending licensure is acceptable; license must be obtained and verified prior to starting.

• Ratio of therapists to patients is 1:1.
• No on-call duties required.
