Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the emergency room.
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Adhere to protocols for patient care, including emergency response and life-saving techniques.

Schedule

• Shift: Night 4×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Weekend: Required every other weekend
• Holidays: Required as scheduled

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and basic nursing education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS.
• Ability to float within skillset as needed.
• 1:4 patient-to-nurse ratio experience preferred.
