Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care ICU. The ideal candidate will have experience in step-down nursing and be prepared to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a progressive care unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with specific experience in a step-down or progressive care setting.
• Required certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records is essential.
• No first-time travelers will be considered for this position.

Work Schedule

• Night shift: 3×12-Hour (18:45 – 07:15)
• Weekend shifts required every 2 weeks.
