Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting.

Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Monitor telemetry patients, interpreting data, and responding to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience in an acute care facility.
• Active Massachusetts RN License required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel Requirement

Travel experience is required for this position.
