Ultrasound Technician – Vascular

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technician specializing in Vascular diagnostics to support multiple locations within the region. This position requires a commitment of at least 36 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours weekly.

Shift Details

The position includes alternating shifts between days and evenings, along with a weekend rotation of 12-hour shifts approximately every 4 to 6 weeks. The shift hours are as follows:

• 0700 – 1530
• 0700 – 1730
• 0730 – 1700
• 0700 – 1930
• 0830 – 2100

No call duties are associated with this position.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound technology.
• Completion of a two-year Allied Health education program or an Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited ultrasound program.
• Bachelor’s degree is also acceptable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credentialed by the ARDMS in at least one of the following specialties:
  • Abdomen
  • OBGYN
  • Pediatric
  • Musculoskeletal (MSK)
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification is required.
• Vascular experience is required.

Note: Local candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position.

Additional Information

Finalized requests for time off (RTO) must be included with your submission. No RTO is permitted within the first week of the start date, and a maximum of 7 days of RTO is allowed per assignment.
