Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role involves assisting patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals. The ideal candidate will adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy interventions according to the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment effectively.
• Assist with patient education and the development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
