Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, ensuring the best outcomes for patients with cardiac and other medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and interpret telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in telemetry or related nursing specialty.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work a 3×12-hour shift schedule.

Shift Information

• Day Shift: 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)
• Night Shift: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
