Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The ideal candidate will assist patients in developing and restoring functional independence, following state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions as directed in the OT plan of care.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with education for patients and their families.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising OT.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state COTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong skills in teamwork and patient care.
