Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a variety of surgical specializations including Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Operating Room experience required.
• Experience in Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics is essential.
• Must be able to float within the facility as needed and to outpatient areas as appropriate.
• Clinical screening will be conducted to determine clinical fit prior to manager review.

Scheduling and Availability

• Shift: Day shifts covering 3×12 hours (06:30 – 19:00).
• Weekend and call schedules are variable and will be discussed during the interview.
• Maximum allowed time off (RTO) is 7 days; holidays during specified blackout periods will not be approved.

Compliance and Orientation

• Full compliance is required to start on time. Delays due to non-compliance can result in a two-week pushback.
• The number of non-billable orientation hours is determined by the contract length.
