Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role involves assisting patients in regaining mobility, enhancing function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions according to the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and thoroughly.
• Assist with patient education and the implementation of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
