Interventional Radiology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technician to join our team on a traveler basis. The successful candidate will possess relevant certifications and a strong background in interventional radiology.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain equipment, instruments, and supplies for interventional radiology procedures.
• Assist physicians during imaging procedures and provide patient care before, during, and after the procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality images are obtained for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain patient records and document procedures accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Current certifications in DCI/BVP and BLS are required.
• Proven experience with EPIC electronic health records is a must.
• Strong understanding of interventional radiology practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and/or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
