Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services. The candidate will work in compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines, to support patients in improving their daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update customized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to promote patient well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
