Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and continuously update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills, as well as documentation and communication abilities.
