Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy that enhances independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and the patients’ families.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
