Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The therapist will be responsible for patient evaluation, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and promptly
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
