Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is integral to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team in various clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress, including vital signs and behavioral changes, and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and promotional care practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Comply with established infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred, or an associate degree in nursing (ADN) with relevant experience.
• Heroic experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic Computer and electronic health record (EHR) proficiency.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the department, including the ability to work every other weekend.
