Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care for patients across various age groups, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and determining nursing diagnoses.
• Creating and implementing patient care plans.
• Providing leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other healthcare team members.
• Maintaining and upholding standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Developing systems to deliver effective patient care.

Shift Details

This position requires a commitment to a 12-hour day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Weekend work is needed as required by patient care demands, but there are no on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Current certification in NIH and BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Active nursing license in the state of Oklahoma at the time of submission.
