Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. This position requires a strong background in telemetry and the ability to provide care across various units, including Medical-Surgical units, Progressive Care Units (PCU), Intensive Care Units (ICU), and Emergency Departments (ED). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with 2+ years of experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in diverse clinical settings.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Float between Medical-Surgical units, PCU, ICU, and ED as needed to meet staffing demands.
• Care for medical-surgical boarders as required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry environment.
• Strong telemetry experience is essential.
• Ability to adapt to different units and patient care needs.
• Must have been separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be considered.

Schedule

This position involves rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, with a requirement to work every other weekend.
