Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
