Physical Therapist

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, ensuring that comprehensive evaluations and treatments are conducted to meet patient needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy programs based on individual patient needs.
• Perform assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Qualifications

• Active state license is required.
• Current certifications including ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Relevant rehabilitation certifications such as ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training are preferred.
• No previous experience is required; all levels are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate must complete necessary documentation prior to starting their assignment. Parking and dress code details will be provided during the first day information session.
