Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform various medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
