Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services in alignment with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to enhance communication and swallowing abilities in patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure effective treatment.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
