Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans for each patient.
• Document services provided in compliance with all regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
