Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to meet patient needs.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
