Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role includes patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and direct therapy delivery aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate effectively with families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
