Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy services in adherence to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of therapeutic services to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
