Physical Therapist

We are seeking skilled Physical Therapists to provide top-notch therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The primary responsibility includes patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and regularly update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Accurately document services in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
