ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, along with potential responsibilities in other units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, providing timely interventions as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care processes.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in an ICU setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

This position is primarily a night shift role, with 4 twelve-hour shifts per week. Flexibility to float to other units may be required.

Start Date:

Preferred start dates are November 30 or December 14.

Employment Options:

This role offers a preference for 48 hours per week, although 36 hours per week may also be considered.
