ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician’s orders.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.
• May be required to float to other units as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Prior experience in an ICU setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.

Work Schedule

This position primarily involves day shifts, with a preferred schedule of 4×12-hour shifts. Candidates may also be considered for a 36-hour work week.

Start Date

Preferred start date is either November 30 or December 14.
