Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing high-quality respiratory care to patients within various settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients in the Emergency Department.
• Deliver therapeutic and diagnostic services to patients requiring respiratory support.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient care activities.
• Adhere to safety regulations and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Float to different facilities as needed, which may include various locations throughout the area.

Qualifications

• Active RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Ohio RRT license.
• Availability to work weekends as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and respond to changing needs of the department.

Shift Details

This position requires night shifts, specifically 4×12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.

Work Environment

The role may involve working in multiple locations within the region and necessitates an adaptable and proactive approach to patient care.
