MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role requires providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and efficient nursing care in the MS/Tele unit.
• Float between various departments as necessary based on skillset and acuity.
• Adhere to all safety and quality protocols while monitoring patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment options.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum score of 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications are required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
• Candidates must have completed at least one travel assignment.
• Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Additional Information

• Position involves night shifts, with options for 3×12 or 4×12-hour schedules.
• No on-call duties are required.
• All staff members must receive a flu vaccine as per facility policy.
